Mr. Ignati Arakelyan, RA Minister Of Agriculture Received Ambassador Of Bulgaria In Armenia
Mr. Ignati Arakelyan, RA Minister of Agriculture today had a meeting with Mrs. Maria Pavlova Tsotsorkova-Kaymakcheva, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Bulgaria in the Republic of Armenia.
During the meeting, two sides discussed the possibilities of expanding the cooperation and activating business contacts between two countries in the field of agriculture.
Mr. Ignati Arakelyan, RA Minister of Agriculture said that the Armenian side was ready to explore mutually beneficial business-proposals.
Introducing Bulgaria`s successful experience in several branches of agricultural field, Bulgaria`s Ambassador highlighted particularly, fields of plant growing, cattle breeding, food security, wine making, organic agriculture, development of greenhouse business and forest management as possible and more perspective directions of cooperation.
Informing that at present forest resources’’ management system is going to be reformed in Armenia, Mr. Ignati Arakelyan, Minister noted that Bulgaria`s experience should be useful for Armenia regarding this issue.
